My name is CJ Karcher. I have been in the IT industry for over 20 years. I started taking apart computers and learning how to fix them when I was in my teens. I later attended BT BOCES where I completed Computer Repair and Cisco Networking classes. I worked for an IT company for 7 years in Oneonta NY. I learned a great deal of skills there and connected with a host of different people. I took a job with a company that provided Internet and TV services to college campuses. I spent almost 4 years working with Suny Delhi and Suny Cobleskill making sure students and staff were connected to the internet and had working TV. 

After connecting with many people and other business over the years it came apparent that there was a lack of professional and affordable I.T services in my area. Level Up Tech Support LLC was started in 2019. With great support from my wife and a tremendous amount of luck I pulled through the pandemic. Level Up has been a thriving Local business for over 7 years now and have been nestled into a cozy office space at 9 Railroad ave in Stamford for almost 5 years. Customers can stop in Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30-3. House calls are also available to me made Tuesdays and Thursdays. Level Up Covers Delaware, Otsego, Schoharie, and Greene counties.
